  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept refunds for change of mind. We only replace items if they arrive damaged, or if a product is faulty. If you have an issue with your order please get in contact within the 24 hour time period.

    Please ensure to double-check your details on custom orders before checking out, as we will not be responsible for spelling errors.

  • Please select carefully and double check your order before finalising at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to accept cancellations. We will be happy to assist you in making your selection prior to processing your order.

  • We pack your orders w. love and care. On the unfortunate and unlikely event damages occur you’re your order is in transit, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged product. We’ll assess damages on a case-by-case basis.

    Just a reminder we only accept replacements for the damaged product within 24 hours after the delivery. Furthermore, we’ll refuse a damaged return if you haven’t sent us an email notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.

    Where repair or replacement is deemed necessary by our team, your initial item must be returned to us in an unused condition, including all original packaging.
